Our agreements are 12 months, which is standard for fully managed IT services. Cancelling at renewal is simple and offboarding is straightforward.
Pricing is based on the number of users and devices you need supported. Shared or secondary devices are discounted so you’re not paying twice.
Prices are stable during the contract term. Any changes are communicated clearly before renewal.
