Yes. Day-to-day IT support, essential business software, and security tools are included. No per-ticket fees or surprise software add-ons. Only large or custom projects are quoted separately.
All-inclusive covers everything needed to keep your business running day-to-day from an IT standpoint: support, security, backups, monitoring, and the core tools we provide and manage.
Business-specific software (like QuickBooks, industry platforms, or third-party apps) is not included, but we fully support, troubleshoot, and maintain those systems for you. Larger projects, such as office moves, new system deployments, or advanced training, are scoped and approved separately.
Our agreements are 12 months, which is standard for fully managed IT services. Cancelling at renewal is simple and offboarding is straightforward.
Pricing is based on the number of users and devices you need supported. Shared or secondary devices are discounted so you’re not paying twice.
Prices are stable during the contract term. Any changes are communicated clearly before renewal.
