The people at U-Neek really got me off the hook! My laptop wouldn't start up and it turned out the mother board was bad. I desperately needed both a working laptop and info that was only on that drive. They decrypted the hard drive, removed it, placed it into a new laptop, which they sold to me at a very reasonable price. The entire process took 1 day. I can't stress how helpful they were, how pleasant they were, and how reasonable they were. I highly recommend the people at U-Neek!!!

The team @ U-neek was outstanding in helping me address an issue with my work laptop. Unfortunately they were not able to fix the issue, but where they were truly helpful was explaining the issue that needed to be addressed, the telephone number from Dell as well as my service code. They told me that Dell would most likely send a representative out to my house to fix and to be honest I was skeptical it would be that easy.
Turns out it was...2 days after contacting Dell a representative came out, fixed my laptop and now I am back up and running.

I brought my laptop to Anthony to run diagnostic tests on. The hard drive had failed for the second time. I asked him for his advice whether it was worth fixing again. He asked me what I use it for and based of that he told me has computers he built that would be perfect for my needs. I wanted a few upgrades done to it and it was no problem for a great price.
